Reflective Listening Tipsheet
The Reflective Listening Tipsheet helps you become a better listener by sharing some general listening tips, instructions on how to listen reflectively (ex. repeating what was said to help someone feel heard), and sample phrases to begin your reflection. This tool is ideally used as a take-away resource to support a more extensive training in reflective listening skills.

The Talking Mental Health Toolkit consists of three user-friendly, one-page resource guides, which function as actionable tools that guide people to have empowering mental health conversations using conflict resolution practices.
